How to Make It

1. Step

Boil shells.

2. Step

Drain shells.

3. Step

Add heavy whipping cream to drained shells. Now add Pimento cheese, Fiesta blend cheese and seasonings.

4. Step

Mix well.
In baking dish, spray it with nonstick stick spray. Add shells mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping.
Pop in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Broil on low for 3-5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups small pasta shells
  • 1 cup water for boiling
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (7 oz) container of Pimento Cheese (I use Price's)
  • 1 cup Fiesta blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping
  • 3 slices bacon (chopped)= optional
