How to Make It

1. Step

Place a pan over medium high flame and add butter and oil in it. Once it becomes hot add chopped onion and fry it till they become little golden brown colour.

2. Add chopped mushroom in it, then mushroom release the water and cook it for 10 minutes

3. Step

3. Add chopped garlic in it and mix it

4. Step

4. Add fresh cream if cream is not available then use fresh malai and mix it well and cook it for 6-7 minutes

5. Add fresh coriander leaves, salt and black pepper and mix it well.

6. Step

6. Your dry garlic mushroom is ready if anyone wants some gravy then they can make the slurry of corn starch and add this to it and cook it for other 6-7 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp butter,
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 package mushroom
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • as required Cream or fresh malai
  • As needed Fresh Coriander leaves
  • as required Black pepper
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Corn starch
