I love Potato Salad and enjoy as a part of a celebration meal or on its own also.

How to Make It

1. Step

Wash the potatoes and boil in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle on medium flame, set aside, drain the water and let it cook. Peel the skin and set aside

2. Step

In a chopping board cut the potatoes in equal cubes, peel the carrots and cut into small cubes, peel the radish and cut into small cubes

3. Step

Chop the parsley

4. Step

In a bowl add the mayonnaise, mince the garlic cloves and mix well.

5. Step

In a mixing bowl add the vegetables, add the mayonnaise dressing and salt and pepper, chop the parsley fine.

6. Step

Refrigerate until serving atleast for 3 hours

7. Step

Serve and enjoy


  • 200 gms potatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium size radish
  • 4-5 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Parsley chopped
  • Pepper
  • Salt
