We are nearing the end of the how to lose weight in a week with the 10 Steps To Weight Loss Success video series. Hopefully you’ve been following along and found yourself inspired to be successful and actually accomplish the goal of losing weight.

Topic: Get Some Exercise A Few Times Every Week
It’s extremely important to include some type of physical activity at least 2 to 3 times a week to help burn those excess calories from your body. Not only does exercise help you feel better soon allowing yourself to find more energy, but it helps keep your blood flowing smoothly which in turn lowers your risk for cardiovascular diseases.

How to Lose Weight in a Week Video Series – Part 8 Be Sure To Get Exercise Every Week

Another benefit of getting regular exercise is that it will open up new doors to wonderful experiences you have not yet enjoyed. Sure you can simply walk or jog around your neighborhood, or lift some weights in the backyard, but you could also use this opportunity to learn a new activity such as rollerblading, biking, tennis or surfing. Think of all the sports or activities you always dreamed of doing and use this new found health change to fuel the motivation to actually do it.

Even if the sport or activity does not last past 6 months or so, at least you can say you gave it a solid effort and tried it. This way you will not have any regrets or thoughts wondering what it would have been like play.

Just be sure your doctor clears you to begin exercising regularly before you start any new activity and make sure to take it slow at first.
